Louisville Unveils Strategic 20-Year Growth and Development Plan

Louisville Metro Government released its comprehensive 20-year plan focused on land use, growth and development in the region through the year 2040. The new plan builds off of Cornerstone 2020—the plan used to guide the region from 2000 to 2020.

Historic Retail Site Along Detroit’s Avenue of Fashion Gets a Makeover

Developer Matt Hessler recently broke ground on an $8.3 million redevelopment project on the site at Livernois and Seven Mile Road in Detroit—the site of the former B Siegel department store. While the former store undergoes renovations, approximately 20,500 square feet of commercial space and 10 multifamily units will be developed between within a two-story building along Steopel Street and Livernois.

What are your key responsibilities?

As a Landlord rep, I’m constantly ensuring we’re marketing a property accurately with every tool available. More importantly, it’s my job to thoroughly understand clients’ (the landlord’s) key goals and to ensure these goals will be achieved when communicating with the brokerage community and customers.

When did you join JLL?
