Today’s young talent pool is highly sought after by tech companies. And, with a number of top universities nearby, it’s no wonder many companies have set their sights on Pittsburgh.

The near 40 robotics-focused companies in Pittsburgh are also having an impact on real estate by influencing new developments and rental rates. For instance, the asking rental rate in Bakery Square is nearly $40 per square foot, compared to $34 downtown.
